I’m passionate about healthy living and sharing my message with as many people as possible. It was this passion that drove me to start the Health and Wellbeing News newsletter.
I try to practise what I preach! I eat a healthy diet with no junk food, pop or soda and take supplements every day. I exercise at least 4 times a week doing a variety of activities which include Pilates and currently Zumba! I’m lucky enough to have a training studio in my garden – so I have no excuse for not exercising! I know I’m fitter and healthier now than I was 20 years ago and I fully intend to stay that way!
Over the years, my experience of being a health care provider had included owning a health food store, with integrated complementary health clinic. It was hard work – but I learned so much about herbs, supplements, nutrition and health foods. All of this knowledge is now put to good use in the creation of this website and the newsletter.
I believe that good health in body, mind and spirit is vital if we are to achieve our highest potential as human beings. Health and Wellbeing News brings together all that I’ve learned in the past 20 years and draws upon the knowledge of renowned experts from all round the world, to help you become the healthiest and happiest version of you.
