HCA (hydroxycitric acid) is found in the rind of the Asian fruit Garcinia camogia.
What it does
- Weight Loss: HCA has been found to block the conversion of carbohydrates to body fats, making the carbs more available to use as a source of energy. It also has a mild appetite suppressant effect.
At the time of writing there were no well known negative drug interactions with HCA.
Generally, there are no side effects or contra-indications from using HCA.
