How To Relieve Stress With Relaxation

You know most of us experience stress at some time in our lives. It seems that it’s almost unavoidable and sadly, it becomes a real problem for many people.

I find that teaching my clients relaxation techniques really helps to alleviate the symptoms that come from over-production of adrenalin and cortisol.

Very often just explaining the mechanics of stress and how the brain works is hugely helpful. So in today’s issue, rather than talking about relaxation, I’m giving you a link to a video which I hope you’ll find useful. Do enjoy the relaxation at the end.
