What do you want in the newsletter?

I hope that you’ve been enjoying the articles in the newsletter and found them useful and inspirational.

We’ve been looking carefully at the newsletter and ways in which we can make it more useful for you and relevant to your lifestyle.

Over the next few weeks we’re going to take a short recess during which time we’re going to re-assess and re-structure the format of the newsletter.

Some ideas are for us to use monday’s issue to give you short soundbites of information, a recipe for you to try and a product recommendation.

We’ll use the thursday issue to explore a topic in more depth and introduce you to one of our new products in our download store.

I’d love to hear your thoughts about what you’d like to see in our newsletter.

In the meantime, although the newsletter will be taking a short break, I’ll be hard at work behind the scenes so I can bring you a new look newsletter which will really support you in your quest for optimum health and wellbeing.

I do hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some summer sunshine and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
