I constantnly work on improving my life bearing in mind my mental health.  I am active user at Quora, I found balance as the main goal on my way to healthy body and mind.     For about 7 years now (since 2019), I have been on my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. My main goal? To feel great both on the inside and outside! Since then, I've been all about exploring different ways to boost my overall well-being, with a special emphasis on keeping my mind as healthy as my body.
